OUR COMPANY
MoneyQuest is a National Service Bureau, founded in 1989, which has developed unique financial services in the area of debt collection. These products, which include proprietary software, are being marketed in cooperation with several major banks, such as Citibank and State Street Bank (NFDS).
OUR SERVICES
We provide two collection systems:
- An NSF check recovery process, offered to retailers through major banks, which provides the retailers high recovery on bad checks at no cost to them. (Our service fees are offset by a fee charged the debtors).
- In 1995, we developed a new collection process, applicable to all delinquent accounts, which enables creditors to outsource their collection activity, significantly increase their cashflow and recovery, and eliminate the need to utilize collection agencies. This process, which we call MaxCollect (Account Recovery Systems), combines a series of letters on the client's letterhead, a series of letters from one or more of a national network of collection attorneys, and the utilization of a national credit reporting bureau. The MaxCollect process is unique in the marketplace, superior in results, and dramatically less costly than other alternatives.
OUR MARKETING PHILOSOPHY
In an area of business where there are more than 6,500 collection agencies charging as much as the market will bear, we have chosen to charge as little as we possibly can. The consequence: a real advantage in the marketplace.
